  • vanilla or cinnamon – to taste.

Preparation:

In melted butter dissolve sugar and honey. Add sour cream, baking powder, spices, and mix. While continuing to knead the dough, add flour, a little at a time, until the mixture starts to fall off the walls of the bowl. Form the finished dough into balls, place them on a greased baking sheet, and place in a preheated 200-degree oven for 10 minutes.

2. Homemade cookies with honey and ginger are a great treat for vegetarian eaters. The recipe contains no dairy or eggs and is extremely simple. The result is a flavorful pastry with the much-loved chewy-gooey texture of children.

  • flour – 1 cup;
  • margarine – 100 gr;

Put honey in the resulting mass, then again, mix everything thoroughly. The ready dough is divided into balls the size of walnuts and put on a baking tray covered with parchment. During baking, the cookie balls spread out a lot, take this into account, leaving enough space between them (at least 5 cm.) Bake for 10 – 12 minutes in a preheated 180 degrees oven. The readiness of homemade cookies with honey and ginger is determined by their appearance: they should be covered with cracks and acquire a delicious golden color.

3. Homemade cookies with honey and nuts

Ingredients:

  • flour – 150 gr;
  • Whites of 10 eggs;
  • Hazelnuts – 300 gr;
  • sugar – 150 gr;
  • soda – 1 tsp.

Preparation:

Scald hazelnuts with boiling water, cool, slightly dry, and grind. Add the sugar, baking soda, and whites to the nut mixture, and mix thoroughly with a blender until smooth. Pour the flour into the resulting mixture and mix again. The ready dough should be placed on a greased baking tray, forming balls. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
